COVID-19 is an unprecedented global pandemic and in response to Government guidance, the pharmacy has already made changes to the way it works but will remain open, whilst following Government guidelines, to serve its local community’s needs.

Key services include:

Wholesale service – John Bell & Croyden’s wholesale service is operating as normal. Please get in touch if there is anything you need, and our specialist team will try to find it for you - [email protected]

Online – we are open 24 hours day at johnbellcroyden.co.uk.

Dispensing pharmacy –Pharmacists are on hand to dispense NHS and private prescriptions and can order special medicines or appliances if needed. They can advise you on treating minor illnesses and buying over-the-counter medicines. If you urgently need medication but cannot see your doctor, we may be able to help. We can also provide this service if your GP participates in the NHS Repeat Dispensing scheme and is local to this pharmacy.

Private GP - John Bell & Croyden’s private GP service, provided by DocTap, is open and available 7 days a week for anyone who needs to see a private doctor at their convenience. Afterwards, you’ll be sent detailed consultation notes, which you may share with your NHS GP if you choose. To book an appointment please visit our website.

NB Please note our doctors are unable to see anyone with COVID 19 symptoms – please follow recommended Government guidelines.

Alexander Johnston, General Manager at John Bell & Croyden, said: During these challenging conditions, we wanted to reassure our customers that we are open as usual, and our team are on hand to ensure you can get much needed medical supplies. As a pharmacy we are an essential service in Westminster just as a supermarket would be within the current Covid-19 scenario. It is more important for us now than ever to remain open where we can to ensure access to essential healthcare products and to fulfil prescriptions.

“If you are self-isolating use our website to search for products any time of day or night and have your items delivered directly to you. Our wholesale service is also running as normal to service the needs of the Harley Street Medical Area community around us.”

Please e-mail jbc@johnbellcroyden or call 0207 935 5555 if you have any questions or concerns.
