One of our key experts on luxury goods and fashion, Federica advises clients on corporate and brand strategy, product, distribution, marketing and communication. She is the co-author of our annual Luxury Goods Report, one of the most cited sources of market information in the luxury industry.

Leading member of our local WAB (Womxn at Bain) network, enabling our women to grow and flourish in both their professional and personal lives. She is also an active member of our Italian offices' DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) leadership team.

She also regularly leads due diligence, value creation, and portfolio management efforts for private equity funds.

Federica holds a degree in business administration from Università Bocconi.
